3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

3.2 We use Matomo Analytics to analyse and improve our website. Matomo operates without tracking cookies and anonymises IP addresses to ensure your privacy. This means we do not require your consent for tracking cookies, as no personal data is collected through cookies.
3.3. In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser that you are using and allow the site that sets the cookie (here ours) to receive certain information. Cookies cannot run programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They serve to make the internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

Personal data and GDPR
Server
The web hosting provider CloudConcepts saves personal data on the server, these data then only become available to the web hosting provider and to Wasabiweb.
- Data: IP address, user agent string, browser type, operating system, referral addresses, device information (eg device ID), device settings, mobile operator name, pages visited, links clicked and the requested URL.
- Purpose: The data is used to have the ability to block any bots or intrusions and simplify troubleshooting.
- Storage period: The logs are stored for 30 days.
